this is a refinance the 5.25% was already done years ago

the property is rented out right now so all costs are covered i just wanted to see if a lower rate was possible 

Just wondering is there any bank that will do a decent refinance with a credit score under 620 apt is being rented out now its a manhattan coop with alot of equity. Right now apt has 5.25% on a 30 yr fixed would love to get it down to under 4.00% person wont be able to fix credit in near term

hi I am selling my primary house in lawrence NY

i called up a few brokers and one brought me a customer and made me a pretty good offer but i never put my house up on MLS so i dont know true value broker fee is very low and i really dont want to carry house for too long plus it is pretty expensive so not sure how many customers will come along
