Are there any mortgage experts or brokers  around Jackson Michigan that would know how I could borrow money against my paid for house even though my credit isn't good ? I'd really like to use some of the money for down payments on other properties . Thanks everyone for all your help .

I have a three-bedroom of getting ready to rent in Jackson Michigan. What is a reasonable price to pay for a tear off and re-roof?

check out the Ann Arbor REIA. They meet a couple times a month on Saturday mornings. It's a good place to meet other investors and they've got a several week-long educational program for new investors.

Jackson Michigan investors and members that would like to connect, I've been working on getting a meet up together at Chase Bar on a Tuesday some time in March. No formal topic, I was really hoping people would just have a chance to meet each other in person and see who was intersted in Jackson area investing.

I have been to meetups in Ann Arbor  Lansing  and Howell  in the last few months .  I live in Jackson  and I haven't been able to find a real estate investment Club  or  any meetups in or around Jackson . Does anyone in Jackson know of  any?  Is anyone around here interested  in attending one?
