Hello Everyone,

So after months of hard work I got a call off of one of my bandit signs for a 4/1 home that is owned by an elderly women who downsized and is renting the house to a couple.  the market value is 120k she is asking 60k and has a mortgage of 13k on the property.  I intend on going to the property and putting it under contract. I have a buyers list and have my exit strategy. can anyone please give me advice and fill in the blanks. like can we just sign the contract and I put it in escrow or do we need to both go and sign it in the presence of a attorney or notary? any tips would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Hello Everyone,

I served in the U.S. Marine Corps, got out in 2014 became a nys correction officer. I bought a house, married the love of my life and have two wonderful children. I have always had a passion for real estate, I just did not know what exact path to go down. That was until recently I was turned on to RE Investing. Now I am determined to be successful, gain financial freedom and live a life style I could of only previously dreamed of.  I look forward to future.
