Jeff Rabinowitz I just seen the contract, and it says that it's assumable only if the original owner agrees. I will do my due diligence and I will be trying to contact him. Thanks for your help

Hello everyone,

I found a property that the owners have a Land contract and they want out.

1. Can I asume a Land Contract??

2. If so, what steps do I need to take to asume that LD.
