@Brian Adams Thanks.  i was aware of the meet up group but wont be in town until the 21st and leave before the next one in January. was hoping to catch someone while i was there. 

I am moving to the Fort Hood area Feb/March however I will be in town Dec 21st for 3-4 days to close on a couple properties I have under contract. Would love to meet up with some local investors or contractors to see how we could help each other and I could get a feel for the needs of the Belton, Temple, Killeen and Copperas Cove market.

@James Stevens I need interior paint on both houses and taking an interior wall down on one of them. then for both i need minor landscaping some kitchen counters and maybe fixtures and some  small drywall patching. the only serious thing I need would be taking the interior wall down. The catch is i wont be able to spend much time at the property after the new year so I'm looking for a self starter who communicates well.
