It will appreciate eventually, but the cash flow will be its greatest asset!

I like that area! Depends on your long term goals, but to me that would be a great rental!

Hi there! Great spreadsheets! Ive been living in irving for many years now; I have seen property values increase greatly with improvements, but i have also seen huge property tax jumps so be mindful of that. Let me know if i can provide more insight on Irving.
