I need to analyze the market in the DC area, to decide where and at what price range I will buy. I am looking for an unedited and unfiltered version from MLS, can you help???

Thanks so much.

This work should not take more than 10-15 minutes.

@Harlan

In order to avoid costs, I would recommend Dee Dee's option.  The title company are the people verifying the contracts, you can use their contracts or show them yours and let them critique your contracts.  When I started I used my mentors contracts.  As I closed deals in more areas, I developed a strong relationship with a few good title companies and they would provide me advice on how to update my contracts.

Thanks for the quick response

Is it possible for an investor to gain access to the MLS without an agent?

MUSU, welcome this is a great resource.  My recommendation would be to get mentor in your area to help you navigate this market.  Germantown is a great area, but doing a thorough analysis will show you areas around you that are great for doing deals.

Have you read any books or attended any seminars yet?  Do you have any goals in mind?

I am not new to investing. I started back in 06-07 with a mentor graduated the program and became a mentor of sorts to new students. My team and I closed several deals, we made decent money. I had a death in the family was forced to focus on other things for a few years, but now I am back. I am looking to create a new Power Team that can take investing to new heights.

Eric,

WELCOME.  There are several groups across the country that teach investing as you may already know.  Since you and I are from the Washington DC area, I recommend a local mentor first along with a mastermind group.  Are you familiar with the REIAs in the area??
