I have a property that was purchased owner financed with a Deed of Trust in 2011. I subsequently moved out of the area but kept the property. A family member moved in and pays the PITI. So essentially it's a rental now without cash flow.I have at least $180,000 in equity in the property. Can I get a Heloc being an owner finance and non primary residence? If so any lender suggestions?

Hey Raphael. I am working on an assignment acquisition from a wholesaler. So sounds like it’s right in your wheelhouse. I need to make sure the paperwork is where it needs to be because it’s an assignment of an owner carry purchase that has already been recorded at the county.  Maybe we can schedule a call?

Looking for a TC that also has experience investing in real estate. Or one who has experience in TC on creative deals in TX. 

Asset is single family residential. Looking at a purchase contract and want to make sure that I’m not missing anything.
