todays appointment.  No turnkeys in indiana.  and when asked about the lawsuit, "only a couple of bad investments"

i had my scheduled call and they are still full throttle. but are not offering Indiana as a turnkey.  and when i asked about the current situation she only said it was a couple of bad investments.

@Brandon Sturgill Thank you for the input.

@Aidan Mulligan

I was told by a few CU that the closing cost and fees will still be a couple grand even for 60k. Just wasn’t worth it for me.

@Frank Patalano

I have a closing on my first in April. I had to do all my data analysis, my factors more or less are

Unemployment rate

Crime

School

Entertainment

Shopping

Just to name a few...as you can see this will delay a lot of buying time. But I found a great Property manager that is assisting me with key areas for better rentals on top of my own research.

Hello,

I have my first closing in Indiana in April. Been looking all over other parts of Indiana, Ohio, Texas, Baltimore as well.

I admit I really enjoyed watching Morris Invest video but it never got me to the point of buying through them.

But took his points on landlord friendly states.

With that being said. Since I’ve done home work on multiple states and doing all the numbers.

As a starter, would you pick up a couple rentals in the same area (State) first.

This will be easier since, property manager lined up and a LLC formed.

Or

Goto another state and repeat step 1 again. Form another LLC and source property manager. Then acquire another property?

How did some of you approach this?
