A 95 year old woman has 3 adjacent properties. 1 is her primary residence and the other 2 have rental houses on them. In 2012 she established a Life Estate adding her daughters as Remainders on the deeds. The woman and 2 daughters are all owners of a joint checking account. How can the women sell the 2 rental houses and pay the least if any taxes?

Does anyone have thoughts on why this occurred and how this may impact condo prices in PCB?

@John Underwood. Finding reliable occupancy data is where we are struggling. Any ideas or advice?

We are looking to buy a condo in PCB. We can not get set on the number of bed rooms that will allow the biggest ROI, 2 bed with bunks outside of the bed rooms vs 3 bed with bunks outside of the bed rooms. Any feedback would be great.
