Cody, I appreciate the excellent answer.  I am going to separate my apartments from my self storage, I do not need all the software for just the storage units.  I will give Easy Storage a look.

Looking towards buildium.

Thanks again!

Erick

Thanks brother, I know, I had one software, you could not even end a receipt to the tenant.

Thanks for the post reply.

what property management software do you use?  The reviews I have read are bad for just about all of them.   I have 519 units apartments/self storage/small business,  so I am looking for one to handle all of those types of units.

Melanie,  I will check it out, and thank you.

Thank you, probably going to the Appfolio route.

As of now, I only accept check/money order, have not dove into the water of ACH direct deposit payments.  Worried about the hackers.

Thinking of either Doorloop or Appfolio.

Has anyone used Doorloop?  I know they are new.

Nathan & Brock

Thank you for the all the help, I am looking at doorlopp.com which is a new company, or appfolio.  I have apartments, mini storages, warehouses, and some small business offices.  Trying to find something that will handle all of those units.

Which property management software are toy using?  Why? Would you continue to use it or try a different software.

I have a mixed portfolio of Apartments/Offices/Mini Storage, so looking for software that can handle of those properties.

Thank You
