Hello I’m looking to get into the disposition side of real estate. I’m wondering if I have to have a remote closing how does the process work? Does title just send everyone their necessary paperwork? Also what kind of information might I need from the buyer and seller

@Marcus Maloney

Thank you. So I’m not paying the agent if I understand correctly. I once used one of your posts in an English class it’s very nice to get a response from you!

If I’m looking for cash buyers and I’m asking real estate agents for buyers (I heard of this strategy from Jerry norton at flipping mastery) and if one wants to get paid for matching me with the seller obviously I’ll say yes because it’s better than not closing on deal. But how do I go about paying an agent for connecting me with a cash buyer if they do want to be paid. I know some won’t because they’ll end up being the listing agent at some point.
