What is that % of ARV? for your experience?

Hello everyone,

Im new to the real estate game. I would like to know more about Hard Money Lending. Things like the rate on loans, the length of a loan, how could I use this strategy for buy and hold? I would also like to know if there are any people that would be willing to suggest someone that offers hard money. Not so much for me to ask for there financing. More so to pick their brain on the things he/she looks for in considering to loan to someone. Or if someone uses hard money, what is the things needed on their end to get approved?

Thanks for your time everyone!

Hello BP members, I'm looking at buying my first hold property. I want to ask if getting my first one from an auction would b a good place to start? I don't really have that much money to put up for a regular sale and rehab. I do see a lot of " nice looking places" that if got at a good price, I feel I could turn them in to good rentals, or maybe flip. Thanks for your time and feed back!

Hello everyone. New to bigger pockets. Would like to start learning about house rentals and flipping. I would like to learn some of the ropes that a newbie needs to know/do to get in the industry. I really can only offer my time to someone that has been doing this for a few. Feel thats the best way to get my feet wet. So if there is anyone out there that feels like they could use a hand. And is willing to give some of their experience I would like to talk with you!

Thanks!

Erich
