Post: Best PM Software for Commercial Real Estate

Hello,

I'm in the process of purchasing a single-tenant commercial building, and I'm looking for recommendations on property management software. What I'm really looking for is a simple platform where my tenant can pay rent online rather than send in a physical check every month (their current system...). Any recommendations would be great!

Hello,

I'm looking to purchase small to medium sized self storage facilities in the Denver area, and would love to meet up with anyone in the area who has either already done this or who is seriously interested in doing the same thing. Let me know!

My wife and I were only able to invest a little less than $10,000 in our respective Roth IRAs before our combined income disqualified us from contributing anymore. My question is this:  Should we leave the money in our Roth IRAs, or consolidate the money (+/- $17,000) into our individual brokerage account? Consolidating the money in our brokerage account would just add to our ability to take advantage of other investment opportunities in the next 1-2 years. Not a critical life decision, but I'm curious what others would do. Thanks!

Hey everyone,

My in-laws have a house in the Anaheim Hills area, and they are looking to have the exterior painted. It's about 2,800 sq. ft. of surface that needs painting. Any painting company referrals or recommendations would be great!

Thanks,

@Katie L.

@Katie L. Thanks for the information, I really appreciate it. Would the non-resident tax return be something a CA-based CPA would be able to help me out with, in addition to my other tax needs? Also, to take you up on your offer, I would love a recommendation for someone based in the Newport Beach area! I work there, so that would be very convenient.

Hey all,

I am planning on investing out-of-state (based in Southern California, investing in Fort Wayne, Indiana), and am currently assembling a team of people to help me out. My question is this:  If I choose to solicit the services of a CPA, then should this CPA be based in the city/state where I'll be investing, or can I use a CPA based anywhere in the U.S.?

Any advice is appreciated!

Welcome @Yuko Watanabe, I'm new here too, and located very close to you.

@Daniel Y., what are some good Meetup groups in the Irvine/Orange County area? I've been looking at several of them, and there are just so many to choose from.
