Thank you Steven! I've decided to go with Ring Central. It seems to be the best plateform for what I am looking for; I am able to manage multiple marketing numbers into one location and manage the VA's taking and responding to the calls. Looks great.

Now, finding the correct VA to handle the job! Any recommendations?

What phone system(s) do you use to manage your real estate business? I flip on average 20-25 properties a year in NJ and have a team of 5 people spread throughout the State. My objective is to move my business to 100% cloud-based systems and shut down my physical office. 

What cloud-based or VA phone systems are you using to run your company?!

Hello all!

I am in the process of switching my house flipping and wholesaling business to 100% cloud-based systems and processes. I would love to hear what other seasoned investors are using to manage their incoming seller leads, phone calls, emails, contractor bids, construction management, marketing and reselling. I currently purchase 25-30 rehab projects and 10-15 wholesale deals a year in the State of New Jersey. I am looking to double this number in 2015. Any advice or recommendations on cloud-based systems will be appreciated.

@Brian Burke - With that many PM's do you handle all GCing aspects in house or does your GC over look a 3rd party GC and his subs?
