Jung, I would stay away from Augusta. There's a reason slot of the houses are that cheap, there's not much growth there. No big businesses moving to Augusta to spur growth and influx of people . Just my opinion. Eric

Do 10 properties 2 more than I did in 2016,,,,with no investors and only work with lenders, control more of my efforts, yeeeeaaaah

Hi Derrick,  I have (vacant land ) an investor/Doctor that wants to do a 1031 Exchange on 8 acres in the Snellville area for $1.3MM, I was thinking it could be used for a nice sized apartment complex, but senior housing would work too, ( zoned correctly )

You mentioned the holdings you had on the west side of Atlanta, any reason your buying out there? Also are the holdings "dirt lots" now. That you currently own?

My focus is in the North East Atlanta market where I live and do most of my rehabs.
