Ok will do. Thx. So do u have any opinion or ideas as what the major differences are? If not no worries, I certainly appreciate u pointing me in the right direction... And how long have u been investing in real estate in NJ? And u had any issues? Can u offer any advice or do/don'ts  to a beginner like myself.

I'm a new investor and I'm looking at both NJ and Pa. I've heard that tenant laws are much more favorable in NJ and that it's much harder to evict. Can someone tell me what the specific differences are? Or what the reasons or advantages are to having a rental property in PA instead of NJ? Any info or help would be appreciated. Ty.
