I thought for some reason biggerpockets.com had wholesaling contracts and similar resources for free on their site, am I wrong? Anyone know where they would be?

@Kincaid Ryken

Anything that BiggerPockets publishes is great material! Brandon Tuner’s book on investing is a great and David Greene has amazing material once you get into a deeper dive. They have published a book on any topic, basically. Awesome you value you the learning aspect of getting started. I should have done that!

I am a Cincinnati based investor. I am looking for input and advice regarding mailers and direct mail.

I am generating leads for myself, and others who support me, to buy off-market preferably. Does anyone use this method productively? Any recommendations for good services, marketing?

I am also building systems in Indianapolis, Louisville, Lexington and Fort Myers. This method will eventually be implemented there as well.

Thanks!

@Grace Navera. Totally agree. I operate in Cincinnati, and I am forced to evaluate condition for that reason. In areas of interest I rarely find a property that is not nearly 100 years old!
