Join the Real Estate Round Table as we reflect back on 2018 and give thanks for all the wonderful accomplishments we’ve all made this year. Follow by a discussion of what real estate opportunities remain this year. As we enter the holiday season, many real estate professionals take time off creating opportunities for those of us who continue hustling the remainder of the year. With the market transitioning, days on market has increased and there are many price reductions. Many sellers may be motivated to sell by years end.

With five weeks remaining this year, there is still plenty of time to put strategies in place to minimize your taxes and start planning for next year. If you have been thinking it may be a good time to create an entity for your business, now is a great time. There is still time to create an S-Corp or LLC and have it ready for business January 1, 2019.

Get a head start, now time to start setting goals for 2019. Goals are really plans for what you want to accomplish for the next year. Join your fellow real estate investors as we help you plan for success in 2019, and help hold you accountable to reach your goals. As always, this will be a fun and educational meetup. There seems to be a lot of interest in short-term rentals. So, this time we will deep dive on AirBnB. Eric Bleau runs a successful AirBnB on his family farm, so he will lead us through a short presentation on his AirBnB follow by group discussion of the pros and cons of short-term rentals.
