There seems to be a lot of interest in short-term rentals. So, this time we will deep dive on AirBnB. Eric Bleau runs a successful AirBnB on his family farm, so he will lead us through a short presentation on his AirBnB follow by group discussion of the pros and cons of short-term rentals.
