I think what Above is saying is you made a mistake buying a single 👪 🏡. 

You should sell it and buy a muti-family. 

One vaCancy on a 500 unit is no big deal. One vacAncy on a single is Huge.

I'd try my best to get $200,000more and buy a vacation rental that nets $2,500 a month.

My Co host charges well under 20% but that's because it's a condotel.

Check in/out ✋ led by hotel front desk. 

Maid service located on premise. 

Repairs-just put in order to hotel, they take care of it...... I pay of course. 

Ask? away. 

This is the last genre that ✏ S OR ✒ S out in today's market. 

Looks good to me. 

Like many here ask, what are you wanting to accomplish? 

If another basic rental I don't see any issues.
