Hi all,
My family has a house in Tulsa, Ok that we've been renting out for the past 5 years but now have come across problems. I don't personally own the house but thought I'd ask for opinions and advice on the matter.

Problem #1
The house has no tenants. There have been no tenants for almost a year. I know that there is a management company working for us...but no tenants.

Problem #2
Since the house has been vacant, we have received letters from the management company about vandalism including windows shattered, and busted garage doors. Also, a fridge and TV have been stolen out of the house.

Facts:
Rented out to section 8 tenants
3 bed 1 bath SFR
Location: Tulsa, OK

Any help would be appreciated. If you need any more information, Ill try to respond as quickly as I can.

Just a quick question, looking at the posts on this forum, it seems that all these properties are bought at some sort of discount. Where can I find deals like this? So far Im looking at loopnet, trulia, craigslist.

Hi!
My name is Sam Lee, I am a recent graduate at the University of Illinois with a finance degree, and am open to learning all I can about real estate investing. Right now I have a small sum saved and am interested in buying commercial property, maybe an office or strip mall.

Looking forward to meeting people and possibly finding a mentor who has been there done that.

Nice to meet you :D
