There are nice and bad areas everywhere, I believe you should avoid parts of Santa Ana for sure. There are more nice areas than bad areas in Orange County, I think its just based on your budget.

Anybody located near chino hills, I'm looking for a mentor that's been involved with real estate investing, hopefully, rentals. I'm willing to help out with anything that they may need help with, or I'd just love to chat and buy them coffee sometime! I'm a 22 year old college student and I graduate this semester.

How much are triplex or fourplex running for on average in okay to good areas of all of southern California(LA to SD)?

I graduate college this fall and I plan on applying to jobs where I get my first property? I plan on house hacking!
