Hi, I was at my wits end searching for GAP funds and decided to put "GAP Lending" in the search bar and found your post. I see that it was 7 years ago, and since the link doesn't work, this is a shot in the dark, but is there any companies that does GAP lending? 

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the correct place for this post but I'd like to connect with a GC for my fix and flips. My flips are sometimes cosmetic and sometimes the properties are down to the studs and need everything. Most properties are in Los Angeles and Orange County. thank you in advance.

It would be tricky on an FHA or conventional purchase, but maybe a hard money/private lender can assist you with it. It can be done if you are an investor/flipper. I've definitely done it for a flip property in the past. Good luck

This is a great idea! There is really great value in Torrance, if you find a flip there, jump on it if your numbers make sense. Good Luck
