I enrolled in his course named Tax Express hoping to gain valuable insights and knowledge about taxes which will outsmart the IRS as he claimed. However, most of the content provided was incredibly basic which any business owner can find through simpler resources. It felt like Edward was just skimming the surface without providing any real value or in-depth understanding of the subject.

I agree, his content seems to show that there are more things you should learn but once your purchase one of his packages its just basic stuff which you pay quite some money for… He is definitely clickbaiting people into buying his products

Welcome bro, make your research, it might make more sense to get a STR in a good area in LA, it depends.

Is it true that its harder to leverage equity when you have used an FHA loan?

I recently invested in his masterclass, I am just starting out, so I figured that getting knowledge and some mentorship is the way. I have to say that I was impressed how the masterclass portal is organised, makes browsing and revision easy in case you want to watch something back, this way you learn better. I was in the live trainings, but as I said, I am very new in the real estate world, so I am taking my time with it and rewatching the entire masterclass again so I can understand everything. I like Richard’s approach both as a coach but also as a human when it comes to life goals and etc.

Analyze the areas you are interested at, see which states are landlord friendly, what is the growth and returns, then make a final decision.

Id love to hear some thoughts on it, always open to new reads
