@Randy Garcia Have looked into this a bit myself and explored projects but there are some limitations in Charlotte as @Chris T. mentioned. May have to go outside of the city to successfully pull this off.

Know many have utilized Tiny Homes as ADUs in town with great success.

We use directbook.io. Connects to our Airbnb calendars so pulls in pricing and availability directly from it. Processes payments through Stripe. Verifies guest identities and is simple to use plus no-Airbnb fees. Custom URLs too.

@John LaVecchia I'd be happy to help. We focus on STRs in Charlotte and the Carolinas and ended up building our own tech to underwrite properties because we didn't trust the other solutions on a hyper-local basis. Feel free to ping me and I'll run an analysis for you.

@Eric Piccione Definitely look into Facebook Marketplace. Find it much more reliable than Craigslist.

Anyone need furniture for their Airbnb in the Atlanta area? Have a local contact there that is looking to sell 11 bedrooms and 6 living/kitchen areas worth of furniture. All furniture is in good shape and about 1 year old.

@Drew McLeod Kleenerly in Atlanta does a good job. They clean units for us there.
