Hey there!

I am a new property owner of a condo in Destin FL. I decided to list my rental property as a long term rental for the off season, and a short term rental for the on season (I'm only doing this for the first year, and then I will be doing STR year round). I was contacted by a person through Zillow who works for a "$20 Million Dollar commercial maintenance and construction services provider for clients like Comcast, Wells Fargo and White Wilson Medical." He said that he needs to find a 6 month rental for two executives that travel to Destin for work frequently. He just contacted me today and he said he would like the lease to start on the 15th of this month.

My questions are, is this a scam? And is there anything that I should be doing to confirm the situation is as he says it is.

Zillow did a “background check”, and it was good.

Any feedback is appreciated.
