I don’t have much money but I have saved up enough to get a few BP books within my budget this month, and want to know what you think are the best ones for me to purchase as an absolute rookie.

thanks so much!

What options are there for me to get assistance in a downpayment? I’m not sure if there is, but coming up with the finances is very hard all of a sudden, and the math never pans out when I work on it.

Thanks for the help in advance!

I have heard a lot about LLC's and whether or not investors need them. I have heard a bit about it in BP podcasts, but honestly am not sure if I should be looking into having an LLC since I am just starting out. What exactly is an LLC (understand the abbreviation but am not sure why people are torn about whether or not investors need them)?

I talked to a mortgage lender in my area, and after a few minutes of talking he was clearly excited about my situation! This got me really excited too, and he told me that I am formally pre-approved for a loan! I am taking a final look at a condo near me that I hope to purchase, and if all goes well I will be living in for awhile before renting it out long term. I am very excited and would love any advice you have for me!

I am very new to the world of real estate investing, and am unsure what to do so I would love to have a coach or mentor that can help me with my journey in the beginning. I am willing to pay someone for this if needed, but I really have no idea where to look or if BP offers something through their organization. Thanks!

Post: Hearing a lot about a BPCON, what is it?

I can’t seem to find much on the web about prior BPCON events, and while I have seen it advertised a bit, I still don’t know what it really is or what happens. I know registration opens in March so I want to see if it is something I should look into going to this year! So if you have been, what is it? Do you recommend a first year investor like myself goes to it? Is it costly?

Thanks so much, I am really excited to see what everyone says so I can look further into if I am able to go!

I am a 21 year old recent college dropout, and I am very excited to get started in REI while finishing my real estate agent program.

I don’t make much money currently, and have under 10k in my account so I can’t afford a down payment without taking out an entirely separate loan. Is there a financial program that can assist me, or a way I can get money for a downpayment? I am currently looking for properties within the 300k range.
Thanks so much for any help!
