I have been using trec form to purchase myself. Just didn't know what everyone else out there is doing. That is why I'm on BiggerPockets presenting this question. I have four rentals. Working on 5-6. I have a few companions in wholesaling, it's always good to ask.

What forms are used to put a property under contract?  I may want to hold property, but I'm not sure if I financially can do it.  I want to re-assign if I can't make it a rental for myself.

so I live in the Houston area in Texas. It's been awhile since I was able to find a deal I can afford. I just signed papers on foreclosure flip on Saturday, an hr after I signed one of my other deals came through. I'm trying to do both. I'm will probably get second house under contract, but I want to make sure I can reassign to someone else if I can't do both. I had someone tell me to use trec pg 1-4. I'm not sure how to do this fully...  any help or insight?

I've been at it for 2 years now. Have 3 rentals. Now I'm low on funds. I'm looking for a below 60% ARV house ( I might have one). Also sending out yellow letters, from distressed houses I've seen while driving around.

I have 4 rental houses with about 200k in equity. Is there a loan available to access some of that equity for more rental purchases?
