Hello BP community! I've been thinking about buying some properties in the Detroit area and flipping it. After every analysis, something tends to hold me back...maybe fear or temptation. Has anyone any information about the Detroit area market? If at all, which areas are worth looking into? Thanks guys! Emmanuel
