Great Question Frederico, My aim is to have an investment portfolio with cash flow that can make a difference to my life. Based on the numbers it seems that I need to invest around 500 k- one million, otherwise the cash flow will not be that significant.

However I am a very cautious person and have no experience in USA real estate , so I will start 30-50 K and will continue to add more properties to the portfolio over 1-2 years.

My main aim is to generate a net cash flow around 10% while keeping my capital safe, growing and at lest keeping up with inflation.

I need to pick one city and concentrate on it and this is what I am trying to do now.

Is Cleveland a good option for buy and hold? any other potential cities that offer a good return on a relatively cheap properties ?

What are the cities in USA that offer the best return for buy and hold?

I am interested to find out more about the prospects of buying a house in Nashville and rent it as airbnb, would appreciate any guidance as I am overseas investor.
