Good morning everyone I’m just here to share my experience with an amazing agent out of Memphis. I currently live in NJ and as of last week I have just purchased my first out of state property. I sat on the sidelines for a very long time and decided to take action. After calling serval agents in the Memphis area I came across a gentlemen named Walter Jones. Walter was the perfect fit for a guy like myself. I wanted an agent who Works with people out of state, and who has knowledge of the area he is at. Any question I have Walter is always their to answer. He also goes above and beyond when needed. If you are out of state and looking to invest in Memphis please do not hesitate to reach out to Walter Jones. If the dictionary had a definition for Rockstar agent Walter’s name would be next to it 

@shawn M. Yes I'm so glad I came across bigger pockets. In on here every day reading articles and listening to podcasts. I want to learn as much as possible so I can go and apply all the stuff I'm learning. Yes weve looked at about 20 already we did like one but thier was a couple of offers on them so that didn't work. North jersey market is tough right now but I'm not giving up. 

@Garry DeFilippis north jersey is very hard to find deals that cash flow right away, but I know they are out there. I'm looking more for something where I can live at for very cheap or free, so I can save money for future investment. Looking into out state deals hopefully next year will be able to get some things rolling. Good luck to you as well! 

Forgot to mention the area's I am looking for. Hudson, Essex, or union counties is what I'm really looking for..thank you 

Hello everyone this is my first post here on bigger pockets. Discovered bigger pockets a couple of months ago and fell in love with the idea of owning real estate and hopefully one day becoming financially free. I've read a couple of books and listened to about 70 podcasts and feel as if me and my fiance are ready to jump into our first deal. 

I am looking to house back to start off so I am looking for a duplex, triplex or even a fourplex. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you in advance
