Hi

I'm looking for general contractor who can give me quote on a multifamily unit.

The building isn't in bad shape, just need some work , paint new cabinets, some plumbing and I need an estimate. If somebody knows someone please let me know.

I'm new to this forum. I want to invest in some rentals in Mesa Tempe area. 

Last week I was in Phoenix for a week... almost left with a closing on a house in Mesa.

It worked but I'm still searching.

I need some guidance.
