Thanks @Bryan L. and @Walt Payne for the advice. I think I'll go that way next time. Reliable workers and good workmanship = less cost in the long run.

Helped my dad with a rehab over the last few weeks. He definately likes to go the difficult way (going with a hodgepodge of reliable/some not so reliable rehab workers) but it ends up costing less. Are the headaches worth it? I'm still not sure! Discuss...

Hello RE investors!

I am amazed at the information found here in Bigger Pockets and am truly thankful. Having grown up in Houston, I am now seeing it through the eyes of a RE investor. So glad to have left my former career and excited to get to know the Houston market and community.
