So I'm going to ask this question because I keep getting different answers, when executing a wholesale deal in Massachusetts what contract is acceptable? can I use a one-page purchase and sales agreement or do you have to use the standard real estate agent long-form purchase and sales agreement? Thank you in advance

So I started to look into wholesaling a few months ago but never really got started because some personal problems came up. I'm from Boston Ma and I am looking to work with someone and learn the ropes. I know the basic but I never completed a deal and knowing and doing are two different things.

i just wanted to ask, what have you guys found to be the best way to market to get more wholesale deals have bandit signs worked for you
