I am new to wholesale in Boston ma  and I’ve heard that sometimes it’s hard to find a title company that knows how to work with an assignment contract 

Do any of you guys have any  title companies that work with  wholesalers and know the process

@Ellis Stone MA is an attorney state.  We don't use title companies here.
