Hi @Kyle N., I’ve been hearing a lot about RWN and am interested in buying my first rental property through them.  I’m leaning towards Huntsville and wanted to see how it’s going for you.

@Jim Crogan Did you end up buying a TK property from Real Wealth Network?  If so, how was the process?  I’m thinking about buying my first property through RWN, and also am looking to hear from people who’ve purchased from them.

Thank you @Lance Robinson for the above statement.  For months I’ve been struggling on how I should begin getting involved in investing and whether in buy TK or not.  I’ve been doing so much reading on other types of investing, as well as TK pros and cons on BP, that I felt myself losing focus.  

I want the properties that I buy to be an investment, I’m not looking to start a business, and I want to be as passive as possible.  So, again thank you for your statement because it has helped me to refocus on my goals in real estate investing.

Welcome @Hamza F. to BP!  There are local (state specific) forums you can look into where you can meet people in the same market you are interested in investing.

Hi @Ran Tamir, I'm curious to know if you bought any property in Columbus?  I'm also interested in buying in Columbus and would like to know your experience.

I agree @Ryan Weirick that it’s important for a tenant to have a bank account because it gives an idea of financial stability

Wow, @Frank Chin, those stories would definitely give anyone pause on receiving cash. I thought the statement made about receiving cash in the webinar was odd, but after hearing all theses stories, I can see reasons against receiving cash. Thank you everyone for your insight.
