I might be interested, but I also signed up for the multifamily bootcamp.  It seems like they both would cover along the same line, like syndication.   I would mainly go for the exposure and networking.

Quote from @Bradley R Stillabower:

I'm a complete rookie still just learning.  I've read most of the guides and other free content on BP, and the strategy that interests me the most is multi-family rentals.  Can I skip the Rookie boot camp and go straight to the Mult-Family?  or do they build on each other?

Thank you

Just FYI, the multifamily bootcamp is a little more focused on commercial multifamily (so 5+ units), and spends a good amount of time talking about raising capital and getting investors on board. It is a geared toward a slightly more experienced investor, but if you're comfortable asking for help when you need and clarification when you need it(I highly recommend attending the office hours hosted by the teaching assistants), I think you'll be fine.

Will the multi family bootcamp teach about creative finance also?

I went ahead and signed up for the multi family boot camp.  I think both would of benefit me greatly, but the multi bootcamp just pulled me in.  Plus, I already have the ebook offered for the rookie boot camp lol and almost done with it.

I want to sign up for one of the bootcamp but I'm stuck between Rookie Bootcamp and the Multifamily Bootcamp.  I'm new to investing and feel like I can learn a lot of fundamentals from the camp.  On the other hand multifamily is where I want to concentrate on.

I would do both but i am still working a 9-5 along with volunteering at the fire station and rehabbing a flip right now.  And I have a baby due in August!!

It was nice meeting you as well, Alicia.  Glad I caught you before you snuck away.  Thanks for recommending  rookie podcast, got a chance to listen to your interview.  Good show, my views line up with yours and Welby Accely.

@Elijah Vo, let's link up.  I'm from the dfw area also and would love to pick your brain.   Currently have 3 sfh under my belt but want to get into multi family.  I also think we can work well together just because we have similar names lol.

Good evening, my name is Eli and I'm from the DFW area in Texas.  I have been a member since the beginning of May, recently upgraded to a pro after I found out about the promotion they had.  A little about myself, I currently work for a major phone company and a volunteer fire fighter.  I have a beauty wife with a 3 yo and 1 on the way.

A little about my real estate history, i have 2 flips under my belt and currently working on another one in Grapevine.  This is a family business that me and the wife joined with her sister.   The reason why I join BP because is i wanted to be more involved in the analyzing side, knowing how to find really good deals and most of all I want to create passive income and not just capital.

I took advantage of the freebook and started reading "The book on investing with no money down" by Brandon Turner.  A few chapters in, I notice Brandon reference "Rich dad, poor dad" alot so i had to listen to the audiobook before I continue.  There is a wealth of info on this site and want to take in as much as i can before I venture out and do my own thing.  I hope there is anyone out there in the DFW area that can mentor me or even shadow.  I can't stand on the side lines anymore, I need to practice what I learn.
