You can try calling the attorney handling the case. They may or may not give you some basic info. You could also approach the owner and get info from them; however, you may not be the first person to approach them so be ready to be hastily rejected.

The other lien holders are identified in the court documents where I live. Some parts of the country you can view court documents online, while in other parts you have to visit the court to view the files. If you are bidding on the most senior lien holder, i.e. the lien placed by the mortgagee, then junior liens are wiped out, except for IRS liens (IIRC) and possibly other liens placed by the state.

who is the lender? also, you can try talk to the attorney handling the foreclosure on behalf of the lender. that may or may not get you anywhere.
