In your scenario are they getting the HML and long term loan from the same provider, or separate lenders?

(If it is separate lenders, would the second long term lender not require a seasoning period?)

Hi all you Tax pro’s can you please advise me with how to go about structuring this partnership!

I would do the work on the ground and they would provide the cash, we would split 50/50 on profits, this is for a flip which if it succeeds will turn into flips......??
