I am living in Columbus,Ohio and looking to invest long distance in Phoenix actually. Is there a reason you are choosing to invest outside of phoenix? I know Ohio can have great investment opportunity, especially where I Iive, but Phoenix does as well.

Hi Eli, I'm curious as to why you're investing outside of Columbus?

I have a brother who is a real estate agent in Phoenix and I plan on moving out there in a few years. I don’t plan on settling on Columbus as I grow older.

I have another brother who currently has 2 great multifamilies in Columbus but I’m choosing Phoenix for the long term.

I am currently a professional soccer in Birmingham, Alabama. However, I have family in Phoenix and a brother who is currently a new real estate agent there as well.

I am looking for a small multifamily (ideally a fixer upper) in a good area that has promise. Because I am not living in Phoenix at the moment, I am unsure of the housing trends there.

If there is anyone who has experience with multifamily rental property investing in Phoenix, I would love to get some tips or thoughts on the matter that you think would help me in getting my investing career off the ground!
