That's the thing, We are offering terms as low as $0 money down and have properties listed at deeply discounted prices. It's a head-scratcher trying to figure out what's the missing piece that will turn things around.

Hi, 

I am a land investor who been in business for 7 months and predominately focused in the northern states and I found that the strategies of using Google Ads, FB marketplace, Craigslist, neighbor letters, and working with realtors that specialize in land sales have only been generating tire kicker's.

Can any experienced land investors help me with some ideas on how to find quality cash buyers?
