I'm living in my first property I purchased a year ago. Took tons of work and will power, but I'm in the process of looking at some financing options to finish the work and get a duplex. I've done read everything I can read listened to every podcast I can listen too, every motivational speech on YouTube. I read I should shop around for financing. IM IN Detroit Michigan any ideas where I should begin
