I haven't filed taxes in A few years. I dont owe taxes, I just haven't filed from my jobs. I'm in the process of trying to refinance my first property, and they asked for tax returns. Will this stop me from getting a loan.

I'm looking for financing and a good realtor. I bought a single family in 2017. I'm just getting it to where I'm able to get financing. I want to buy a duplex next and start my journey to Generational Wealth. I joined Bigger Pockets to find mentors and connect with people on the same path as me. Im a fast study, I seek to learn every day, and I'm a pit bull.
