$600 is high for lot rent in Florida.

My questions would be:

What's the comp for your house in that community? What are others paying for rent? How many empty rentals in that community? Are there any assessments pending in that community?

Have you ever done a rehab?

@Pedro Oliveira would you be able to rent a 2 bedroom apartment where you live? Let’s say, if you had the money, would your credit be good enough to rent an apartment?

@Ilya Polyakov

Do you plan on spending any money if Trump gets impeached? Are you planning on not buying something that you need because he gets impeached?

It has no bearing on my Wallet whatsoever. I’m still gonna need to eat, somewhere to stay, I’m still gonna need to pay for my car & I’m still gonna need a new pair of tires next month.

@Anuel St Clair why not just buy on the open market? Do you have an agent? I can help you look around as I live in Mirimar.

In any case you can call the county manager and ask for a list of county properties for sale. They may have a list or put you on a contact list for when the list is put together.

House Hack somewhere else. In my county, 9 unrelated adults can live in one SFH!
