@Jonathan Valdes in some places it is illegal to discriminate on the basis of a residents public assistant. If they qualify and you are renting you can’t deny them just because they are on assistance.

@Yiftach Ilyov

are you building on site or in a warehouse?

Are theses allowed in your county?

Are there “one ship” rules in your county?

Have you compared the costs to cbs or steel frame a la “volstrukt” in Texas?

Have you found an engineer to stamp your plans?

Do you have mechanical drawings?

Have you found a contractor?

@Thomas S. Mobile homes get blown away and containers don’t.

@Rebecca McDonald the best idea on this thread is to find great deals and the money will come. That’s what I’m hoping to do here in Florida. There are plenty of people with money who have no desire to work for the deal. They want it on a silver platter. Now that you’re an agent you’ll be better position to act.

Good luck

@Rebecca McDonald it is notoriously difficult for anyone who does not have a W-2 job to get regular financing. You need to find somebody who will lend you private money, as hard money is extremely expensive for somebody in your situation being that you don’t know when you’re going to be able to pay the loan back.

You can always set up an LLC and pay yourself from that account, but then you would have to pay taxes on that money including a self-employment tax of about 15% and that will show that you have an income.

Your best bet is to sell more real estate are

@Sylvia B. Oh I see it’s a thread for you guys to complain about how all the poor people are stealing your money through tax subsidies and all the while never mentioning the fact that most of our tax money goes to defense and to corporate interest not to poor people

@Chiante Crayton hey and welcome. You may want to look into the way wholesalers market to potential sellers.

@Sylvia B. So you would “force” mentally ill people to work crop fields? I think that’s nuts. Pun intended.

@Dennis M. I won’t say that people don’t abuse the system but When you say “strong young people” are you talking about their mental state or their physical bodies? what would you do put them to work in a field?

I know that in Florida when our past governor closed a lot of mental health facilities years ago and a lot of these people were put out in the street and now they are lucky enough to find housing through these disability stipends. I hope that you are not planning on treating them differently because you think they don’t deserve the Aid.

I think states should provide a bounty to report people who are on disability who should not be in order to make sure the people who need it get it.
