Hey Sohail. We used a SWAP on a deal earlier this year. Happy to chat. Will send you a DM.

Hi Amanda,

I'd highly recommend you connect with my good friend, Blake Dailey. He is an AirBnB Hotel expert, and runs a mastermind on the topic.

Quote from @Michael Le:

Lenders will be looking for experience, first and foremost. So either you or someone on your team will need to have some ground-up development experience in multifamily. And the debt market is really tough right now so likely you'll be around 50% LTC, so you'll need around $5M in equity.

My team will be at the NMHC conference next month in Las Vegas, and it would be great to connect with folks in person.

If you plan to attend, reach out and let's schedule a time to meetup!

Hi Joshua - in my experience, local banks is the way to go here.

@Axel Ragnarsson - great success story!

I work on the financing side, and always curious to hear how investors went about financing as they scaled.

Did you generally take down the properties with long term debt (agency/bank etc.) or bridge? Did you bring in pref equity/mezz at points also?

Worked with them, and closed deals with them in the past. Reputable firm, based in NY.

@Tom S. sure thing I've seen it! It's not common with every lender, but mortgage brokers (like myself) have been around the block enough to see them.

Hey Brant, depends on the terms. With the right lender, you can get a 30 year fixed at around 4.5%. 75% LTV
