@Esdras Senra I'm reading the book on Strategies for the Savvy Real Estate Investor authored by @Amanda Han. It will give you some idea just like @Ali Boone is talking about not putting the cart before a horse. Without properties to protect, LLC cost more rather than saving you money.

@Zubair Afzal I'm new to this site too. I love listening to BP podcast where you could learn a lot of success and failures from 250 plus experienced investors. Buying a multiplex and living in should be a solid start of your REI career. You could live for free and save up more for the next deal. That's my goal by the end of this year too. Stay tuned and keep us updated on your progress in investing!!

@Gio Caro Welcome! I'm new too! What I could tell is that attending a local REI meeting is great opportunity to connect people that you can learn a lot from their knowledge and experience. There is one this Thursday 6:30 pm at Rusty's Pizza, Ming and Ash.

Another resource that I like is BP podcast. You could learn their REI adventures from over 250 people by listening while driving or whenever you like.
