@Brian Gerlach thanks for the input! Great career i agree and with good pay but not really for me i’m more on the entrepreneur side and can see myself doing business and real estate full time. I’ve always done side hustles on top of nursing and just recently dived deep in real estate and I’m loving the learning process. Nursing is actually just my second course. My first and advance degree is in Business.

@Myriam Mourani we are interested to buy property up there in Big Bear too and agreed that inventory is so low right now with high demand. We're just not sure as to waiting few months down the road will be a good idea. So just to confirm, even BBC would need a prop mgt to turnin key for renters? Something to consider when buying up there. Thanks in advance.
