If you had $5000 saved up would you:

Pay down bad debt (such as credit card and student loans)?

Or save it for investing?

I’m curious to know what people would do in this situation that I’m in right now. Although I do want to get out of debt I also want to start investing soon so what do you think I should do?

@Zachary Olley

I know it varies state from state but what are some of the requirements for getting this loan approved?

Are they lending the purchase price plus rehab or based on the ARV?

@Christian Estrella

@Zachary Olley

I’ve heard that the 203k loan is a pain in the *** but I wouldn’t mind doing the work.

What you guys think?

Can someone explain to me what's a JV partnership ?

What it means and how would this benefit someone?

Thanks in advance

Sorry at 75% refi you would have to be all in at $300k, if you paid $349k you might have to leave money in the deal as so the repeat part would be a bit more challenging

@M. Anthony Contrascere

I think that In order for this deal to be a home run Brrrr you would have to be all in (purchase + rehab+ closing) no more than $280k for a $400k Arv in order for you to pull out all your cash during the refi, since the lender most likely will only finance 70% of the ARV
